Boeucc, on Corso Monforte at the corner of Via Ronchetti, a few steps from Piazza San Babila, is a byword for elegance and impeccable service; Paolo Brioschi led it from 1979 to the top of Milanese dining. Open 12.30–2.30pm and 7.30–11pm; closed for Saturday lunch and all day Sunday.
