About Bar Magenta
Bar Magenta, on Largo Paolo d’Ancona at the corner of the Corso Magenta, celebrated its hundredth birthday on 13 April 2007 with the whole city. Its name is set in the marble floor at the entrance, and more than half a million people a year walk across it. It opens every day, with cornetti, cakes and toasted sandwiches in the morning and drinks in the evening, a few minutes from the Last Supper.
